Sean Flanagan is a creative leader with extensive experience in brand strategy, storytelling, and integrated creative development across sports, lifestyle, and consumer brands. As Vice President of Creative at Power, he leads a 24-person internal creative agency spanning photography, videography, motion graphics, graphic design, and project management, driving the continued growth and impact of the brand’s creative capabilities.
Previously, Flanagan served as the first-ever Creative Director for the Philadelphia Eagles, where he led the team’s wordmark rebrand, collaborated with New Era on a league-first capsule collection, and developed an inaugural printed game-day poster campaign featuring unreleased music from popular artists. Before joining the Eagles, he spent more than seven years at Under Armour, ultimately serving as Senior Global Creative Director and managing a 40-person internal agency across all sports verticals. His work included launching the brand’s first global campaign, Earn Your Armour, and leading signature footwear launches for athletes including Stephen Curry, Bryce Harper, and Tom Brady.
Flanagan began his career spending more than a decade at design and branding agencies in New York and Baltimore, partnering with clients such as Gerber Legendary Blades, Strayer University, and Gorilla Glue. Beyond his professional work, he is passionate about supporting local nonprofits through Catchafire, where he has contributed more than $22,000 worth of design expertise and technical assistance at no cost.
Finally, he’s absolute dogshit at surfing, yet continues to dedicate a wildly disproportionate amount of his free time to getting bullied by the ocean.
